Your insurance company has access to your records, diagnosis and medications that have been prescribed. Your consent to release to these records is required before we can accept your insurance as part of your insurance policy. You can call your insurance company to inquire more about that. Otherwise, your records are confidential and can’t be released under HIPPAA laws except in case of emergency.
Absolutely. Your confidentiality is of paramount importance to us and taken very seriously. Legally, under HIPPAA privacy laws, we are not allowed to release your health information to anyone except in case of emergency, or if you have given your permission to do so.
We accept credit cards, check and cash for all appointments. All credit card payments are subject to 3.5% processing fee paid to credit card company.

We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Cigna, Aetna, Compsych, and Magellan. For other insurances, we will provide you with the necessary paperwork to submit out of network to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Depending on your policy, you may receive up to 80 percent reimbursement for our services.
